* For exclusive guests we provide, free of charge, facilities for the following games – volleyball obstacle course, tug of war, palocebo and sacks for a 4 man race.
* We have very customer friendly policies like no charge for extra mattresses & beddings; no corkage on food & drinks brought to our resort; ice cold soft drinks & beer are sold at sari-sari store prices; catering service is available, menu & price details is available upon request.
NOTE: iF BEVERAGES BROUGHT IN ARE ALL CONSUMED, PURCHASES SHOULD BE MADE IN OUR STORES or A CORKAGE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT, PHP 20/BOTTLE OF BEER AND PHP 10/ BOTTLE OF SOFTDRINKS.
* All air conditioned rooms have private toilet and baths. Other guests can use our facilities for public use which consists of 20 shower heads and 8 toilets.
Cancelled or Postponed Bookings
Policy on Cancellation of Reservations:
1. In case of cancellation of reservation for whatever reasons, deposits paid shall not be

In case of re-scheduling for reasons other than due to inclement weather, our reservations office should informed 15 days prior to booking date during peak season and 7 days prior during off season. Request for re-scheduling are subject to availability of rooms and should be made within 15days from time of postponement; otherwise, the deposit shall be forfeited.
Guest/s with Reservation Agreements for specific date/s & facilities who will cancel or postpone their booking/s and then change their mind shortly thereafter, will have to understand that we cannot guarantee their accommodations based on the previously set dates.
Payment Arrangements
A. For Overnight Guests and Day
We will require a reservation fee equivalent to 50% of all charges, to be deposited to our bank account, which we will furnish you. All deposits are deductible from the final bill which must be settled upon check-out. May we request that guests settle their accounts at least half an hour earlier than the check-out time for their own convenience.
Reservations are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. We have no control as to when guests make deposits. There are times when deposits may be made simultaneously. We hope you understand that in such instances, we will reserve the room/s or facility/s based on the earlier time indicated in the deposit slip/s.
To avoid complications, your deposit and room reservation will be confirmed by our office staff. In the event of simultaneous deposits and we cannot accommodate those who made late deposits, the stay can either be re-scheduled, or we will refund the full amount of the deposit within five (5) working days.
Please make sure to indicate your name/s in the deposit slip/s prior to faxing us a copy. For group deposits, the names of the individuals must be indicated in the deposit slip if they will be settling their accounts individually. There have been instances wherein faxed messages were not successfully transmitted. It is best to inform us by phone or e-mail ASAP that the deposit has been made and a faxed copy of the deposit slip has been sent to us.
